UCF’s oldest parking structure, Garage H, located on the West side of campus, just received an overhaul to its lighting fixtures, replacing older fixtures with new, more energy efficient bulbs. Talk about major strides toward sustainability here on campus! Kudos to the UCF Sustainability and Energy Management effort for making these changes and to all the students involved in our “green movements” here at UCF.

It really does make a difference. I parked in garage H the other day and could notice the difference in the level of visibility I had while driving on levels that were changed as opposed to those with the old light source. Huge difference!
